Custom Mounting Solutions, hereby referred to CMS, is an in house working division of Instrument Service Contractors, Inc., hereby referred to ISCON, Inc.  All billing and transactions will/may have ISCON, Inc. listed on the documents.  All parties, by placing orders or contacting CMS, agree to this listing and condition.

It is our goal to have a 100% customer satisfaction rating. Your complete satisfaction is required for us to want you to keep the product.  IF you feel that your product does not offer you this satisfaction, please feel free to return the product to us under the following guidelines;

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable.  A 15% restocking fee may apply. Any shipping charges incurred for a return will be the responsibility of the Customer and are not refundable.  These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform CMS of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. 

CMS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - CMS offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except: 

  • Orders with more than 3 units of purchase

Quantity Purchases

While CMS is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of four (4) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact Customer Service with any questions you may have

• Damaged product in which the damages were produced by Customer will not be refundable
• Any product returned in a condition that is less than “like new” condition

Like New is defined as no damage, no missing parts or components, re-sellable, and fully functional

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting CMS Customer Service toll free at 1-888-472-6610, 706-793-6603, or by emailing us at info@custommountingsolutions.com.  All RMA’s must have verbal and/or written approval prior to return shipment.

Any shipping charges incurred for a return will be the responsibility of the Customer.
